Specialty Care is designed to provide care to individuals who are diagnosed with ALS, Dementia, Alzheimer's  Disease, Autism,   Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Stroke. Our home care nurses will tailor a personalized care plan that would address the client's care needs.

 

The following care tasks are offered in Speciality Care are Personal Hygiene Care, Meal Preparation and Planning, Special Diet Monitoring, Feeding Assistance. Range of Motion Exercises, Light Housekeeping,   Medication Reminders, Safety, and Care Monitoring, Escort to Medical Appointments, Fall Prevention, Memory Care, Recreational and Sensory Activities. ​
